Genesis Engines began life in early 2017 with a management buyout of the former long established engineering company known as Alex E Carr Engineering. The previous owners knew the company needed to take a new direction and diversify slightly in order to stay ahead of the game and one of it’s former staff (Peter) felt he was ideally suited to the task and so an agreement was reached to takeover the company and continue doing what it had done since 1918 and Peter wanted to bring his own ideas that he thought would make it work.
Peter opened the business in early 2017 and quickly managed to build upon some things and make improvements to the business and had Peter had more time to do the things he wanted to do, he would have probably succeeded in making a success of the business.
